Structured Pathways for Meaningful Change
Determining the Right Pathway
People often seek hypnotherapy for similar concerns, yet the circumstances and patterns behind those concerns can be quite different. What works for one person may not be appropriate for another.
That's why we begin with a consultation to explore your goals, personal history, and current challenges. From there, I recommend an individualized Plan of Care designed to provide the appropriate direction, structure, and support for your needs.

This work isn't about dissecting the past. It is about creating a sustainable readjusted baseline from the inside out.
Sessions are delivered through structured 1:1 programs via Zoom (or in-person locally, limited availability).
The integrity of this work matters deeply to me, and I hold it with the seriousness it deserves.
Change at this depth requires:
continuity
safety
commitment
therapeutic momentum
For this reason, our work unfolds within structured phases of care, rather than disconnected appointments.
The initial first session is foundational groundwork and the beginning of our collaboration.
Subsequent sessions are spacious 90 minutes, fluid, and tailored dynamically to your system's processing capacity less a rigid session clock.

While every individualized Plan of Care is unique, meaningful change generally unfolds through three interconnected transitions. These are not rigid stages. They overlap and build upon one another as you progress through your Plan of Care.
Transition One: Stabilize & Restore
We begin by addressing the immediate pressures and responses that may be interfering with your well-being. The focus is on reducing stress, restoring a greater sense of steadiness, and establishing a foundation for the work ahead.
Transition Two: Create Lasting Change
With that foundation in place, our work moves toward the longstanding patterns and automatic responses that may be limiting your progress. The focus is on meaningful shifts in how you think, feel, and respond, strengthening your confidence, resilience, and ability to navigate life's challenges.
Transition Three: Integrate & Sustain
As changes take hold, we focus on reinforcing progress and bringing those changes into everyday life. Continued support is part of your Plan of Care, with appointments becoming less frequent when appropriate, allowing time to apply and strengthen what you've gained.
A Collaborative Process
Your participation matters throughout this process. We work together to recognize progress, address challenges as they arise, and adapt your Plan of Care to your individual needs and response to hypnotherapy.
Some concerns may benefit from a shorter, more focused Plan of Care, while others call for a more comprehensive approach. Recommendations are always individualized.
Although two people may experience similar symptoms, the circumstances and patterns contributing to them can be very different. An individualized Plan of Care takes those differences into account, including your personal history, current challenges, goals, and response to hypnotherapy. This allows the depth, pace, and direction of our work to reflect your needs rather than follow a predetermined formula.

Each Plan of Care is individually designed around your presenting concerns, personal history, goals, and the level of support appropriate for your needs.
Your investment reflects:
An individualized approach tailored to your goals and circumstances
Professional expertise, preparation, and clinical hypnotherapy
A structured Plan of Care with continuity and flexibility as your work progresses
Ongoing integration and follow-up support as part of your Plan of Care
Your active participation is an important part of the process. The work we do together is supported by opportunities to reflect, practice, and apply what you're learning between appointments.
Your recommended Plan of Care, including its scope and investment, will be discussed during your Strategy Session. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision without pressure.
Payment may be made in full or through an approved installment arrangement.
Meaningful change is a shared commitment. Your willingness to actively participate, engage with the process, and apply what we work on between appointments plays an important role in your progress. A Plan of Care provides the structure, professional guidance, and ongoing support, and your involvement is an essential part of making those changes your own.
