What to Expect
These are guided, structured experiential sessions designed to support a more relaxed and settled state, with practical tools participants can carry into everyday life.
These sessions offer a structured space to step out of the stress of constant mental activity and into a calmer, more regulated and relaxed state of being.
The focus is not only on feeling better in the moment, but on leaving with feeling relaxed, recalibrated and rejuvenated, often with simple, practical tools that can be used beyond the session.
What happens
Sessions may include simple breathing techniques, reflective exercises and a guided relaxation, and a guided inner journey to relax, regulate and restore ease, and recalibrate from the stress of the world.
Each session is designed to be contained, supportive, and accessible, regardless of prior experience¹.

Sessions are guided and structured, with clear openings and closings to ensure participants feel grounded and fully present.
For adults 18+ in community or professional settings. Designed for the release of stress, promote relaxation and mental ease, release of internal pressure.
Who this is for
Designed for structured groups in professional or wellness settings.
While much of my work is with women, group sessions can be adapted for small mixed groups depending on the setting.
