Less pressure. More clarity. A steadier way of being.

When the pressure eases, everything shifts.

Feel Better - Live Better

For growth-minded women who are done pretending they’re fine.

This work helps you move beyond anxiety, looping, overload, and internal pressure, so you can feel calmer, clearer, more relaxed and more in control of how you live and lead.

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level mindset shifts. It’s about restoring steadiness, self-trust, and a tangible sense of ease that ripples into everyday life.

Because change begins when we stop performing strength, and start embodying truth.

Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.
— Brené Brown

I’m Elisabeth,

For many women, the pressure isn't always visible. It lives beneath the surface, quietly influencing how they experience daily life.

I specialize in anxiety, overwhelm, stress coping, and also general practice with mind–body integration work.

Many of the women I work with are high-functioning, thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’ve maybe done therapy, or coaching, read the books, had insights and breakthroughs, yet still sense something holding them back.

I understand that space between awareness and real change, because I’ve lived it.

Through my Root & Rise approach, we work gently at the mind–body level to release anxious, overthinking, stress responses and reconnect with the clarity and steadiness already within you. As inner shifts take hold, they begin to ripple outward, into how you feel, choose, and move through daily life.

Imagine waking rested, meeting challenges with calm confidence, and creating a life and career that feel aligned rather than forced.

For those seeking a non-pharmacological approach, or as an adjunct to traditional paths,

this work offers a structured, depth-oriented way of working with anxiety and stress, mental overload, trauma informed anxiety and panic episodes without relying solely on symptom management.

Real, tangible change rippling into everyday life.

My own journey showed me how powerful mind–body work can be.

While in a demanding teaching career, I experienced a shift that changed not only how I felt, but how I moved through life, bringing clarity, steadiness, and a sense of peace I hadn’t known before.

That experience led me to step into advanced training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a degree in mind–body psychology, and ultimately to create MindBody-Empowered,.

Thriving isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling grounded, balanced, and finally at home within yourself.

When your inner narrative shifts, change ripples outward, into how you feel, how you choose, and how you move through your life.

Empowering Change

For a New Baseline

You’re not here because you haven’t “tried” hard enough.

You’ve read, reflected, and maybe done meaningful inner work, perhaps therapy or coaching.

You understand yourself more clearly than most.

And yet anxiety and its ripples, looping thoughts, repetitive patterns of behavior no longer serving you, and the quiet pressure to hold everything together continue to return.

Here’s the truth: you’re not “an anxious person.”
You are not broken, and you don’t need saving.

You learned to survive by carrying too much for too long.
Now your mind and body are ready for support that works in a deeper way.

Outwardly, you may appear capable, composed, and successful.
Inwardly, you are independent and deeply self-reliant, with a high threshold for asking for help.

Even when you’ve sought support, including therapy, insight may have come more easily than lasting calm.

Rest itself may feel unfamiliar, as though your nervous system has forgotten how to settle.

If you’ve found your way here, a part of you may already know something needs to shift.

This is not a failure of effort or awareness.
It is a learned pattern of sustained stress.

Meaningful change does not come from pushing harder.

It begins when the nervous system is supported in a different way, allowing calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness to emerge naturally.

This is the work of empowering change.
A deeper shift in how you experience yourself and your everyday life.

Does Any of This Feel Familiar?

  • Over-carrying the load, people-pleasing, or struggling with boundaries

  • Fear, guilt, or shame loops that quietly undermine confidence

  • Overthinking, perfectionism, procrastination, or mental spiraling

  • Physical stress responses, tension, tightness, fatigue, despite “everything looks fine”

  • Anxiety or panic that appears before big moments or out of nowhere

  • Restless sleep, brain fog, or feeling drained before the day even begins

  • Pulling back socially, feeling unseen or misunderstood

  • Reaching for distractions to take the edge off, without real relief

If so, this isn’t a failure. It’s a sign your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long.

When Logic and Willpower Aren’t Enough

I understand this space deeply.

My Root & Rise approach grew from my own experience of rebuilding from the inside out, learning that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with what’s already within.

Surface-level strategies and quick fixes rarely last. Logic and willpower alone can’t override a body and mind stuck in survival mode, which is why affirmations, meditation, or talk therapy often don’t bring the deep, lasting relief you’re hoping for.

This work supports you in gently releasing what’s been building beneath the surface, resetting long-standing responses, and accessing real calm, clarity, and confidence. Change that’s felt, not forced.

This isn’t about fixing you.
You don’t need “saving”, and you’re not broken, yet the patterns rooted in fear and worthiness can keep you from feeling calm, focused, and confident.
It’s about realignment and creating sustainable change from the inside out.

Sometimes anxiety, overwhelm, and panic are spoken about interchangeably, even though they can feel very different internally while still sharing common nervous system patterns.

The Truth About Feeling “Stuck”

You’re not weak, you’re resourceful.
You adapted. You coped. You kept going.

Working on this deep level will help you release what’s been weighing you down and allow your body and mind to recalibrate, so calm, clarity, and confidence can become your new baseline.

Life will always bring challenges. But you don’t have to keep living in fight-or-flight.

When your inner narrative shifts, change ripples outward, into how you feel, how you choose, and how you move through your life.

Emotional Eating & Stress-Driven Patterns

For many women, patterns around food and daily habits are not about willpower. They are about stress, overwhelm, and learned ways of coping.

When anxiety, pressure, or emotional strain build, the body often seeks relief in familiar ways, whether through eating, avoidance, overworking, or other automatic behaviors. These responses are often part of looping patterns of thought and behavior that continue even when they no longer feel helpful.

Over time, these patterns can feel difficult to change, even when the willpower to is strong.

Hypnotherapy focuses on understanding and shifting those underlying patterns, supporting a more regulated lasting relationship with food, your body, and everyday choices, naturally, safely, without negative side effects.

As changes occur, many clients also find themselves adjusting to a new relationship with their body, self image, and how they are perceived by others. This process is supported as part of the work, helping change feel integrated rather than disruptive.

Rather than focusing on quick-fix external change that doesn’t last, restriction or control, the core work process in a hypnotherapy collaboration addresses the internal patterns that drive behavior, creating change that feels more stable and sustainable over time.

What Becomes Possible

  • feeling centered and grounded in yourself

  • creating emotional harmony and inner steadiness

  • balancing work and life without constant strain

  • clearer focus, stronger confidence, and better decision-making

  • healthier boundaries, with yourself and others

  • effective stress regulation and resilience

  • improved communication and self-trust

  • navigating transitions without burnout

  • a deeper sense of contentment and ease

This work isn’t about dissecting or reliving the past. It’s about creating lasting relief that finally feels real.

A new baseline.
