I’m Elisabeth.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’ve maybe done therapy, or coaching, read the books, had insights and breakthroughs, yet still sense something holding them back.
I understand that space between awareness and real change, because I’ve lived it.
Through my Root & Rise approach, we work gently at the mind–body level to release anxious, overthinking responses and reconnect with the clarity and steadiness already within you. As inner shifts take hold, they begin to ripple outward, into how you feel, choose, and move through daily life.

I work with women who’ve done some inner work and gained awareness, yet still feel something holding them back.
My own healing journey showed me how powerful mind–body work can be. While in a demanding teaching career, I experienced a shift that changed not only how I felt, but how I moved through life, bringing clarity, steadiness, and a sense of ease I hadn’t known before.
That experience led me to step into advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy and mind–body psychology, and ultimately to create MindBody-Empowered, a space where structure, compassion, and meaningful transformation come together.
Today, I guide women out of survival mode and into lives that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable, so confidence and calm become part of everyday life, not something they have to force.

You’re not here because you haven’t tried hard enough.

I understand this space deeply.
My Root & Rise approach grew from my own experience of rebuilding from the inside out, learning that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with what’s already within.
Surface-level strategies and quick fixes rarely last. Logic and willpower alone can’t override a body and mind stuck in survival mode, which is why affirmations, meditation, or talk therapy often don’t bring the lasting relief you’re hoping for.
This work supports you in gently releasing what’s been building beneath the surface, resetting long-standing responses, and accessing real calm, clarity, and confidence. Change that’s felt, not forced.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call, just a conversation. We’ll explore what you’re navigating, clarify your intentions, and determine whether this work is a good fit. This is an opportunity to ask questions, feel into the process, and decide if working together feels aligned.
If we move forward, I will assess what you have shared and create a tailored map designed to support your objectives and goals, enabling you to create deep, lasting change at the mind–body level. Each session builds on the last, allowing insight to become integration, and awareness to become embodied confidence and steadiness in daily life.

Step One: Discovery Call
20 minutes | Complimentary
We begin with a short conversation to explore what you’re navigating, answer initial questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If there’s alignment, we’ll have a deeper Strategy Call we’ll have a conversation with a plan moving forward. This is where I assess your needs, outline a personalized approach, and explain what working together would look like and give us additional opportunity to feel into our alignment for this kind of process.
We’ll also talk openly about the financial investment, so you can decide what feels right for you, without pressure.
The Work
I don’t offer pay-per-session work.
Real change requires commitment, continuity, safety, and momentum.
All work together happens within structured programs, on weekly basis, depending on your objectives, goals, the complexity of the issues your experiencing, and the depth of support needed.
My sessions are longer by design, 90 minutes, allowing space for meaningful mind–body work and integration.
Commitment & Fit
I work best with women who are ready to show up consistently, and engage honestly. This isn’t about booking time on a calendar, it’s about creating real change that’s lasting. This work asks for intention, consistency, and follow-through. If you’re willing to prioritize yourself, we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s possible.

Experiential Group Experiences
Come as you are - Leave a little lighter
These grounded, welcoming group experiences help you pause, reset, and reconnect, within yourself and with others.
These are gentle, guided experiences that restore emotional calm and community connection. Because life can be stressful, and sometimes we just need a safe space to exhale, together.
What to Expect
Each group experience weaves together mindful education, simple breathwork, and guided inner imagery to help release stress and restore clarity.
Participants leave with practical tools they can use anytime life feels overwhelming, not just relaxation in the moment.
Community Offerings
Relax & Reset (1.5-3 hrs): A mini-retreat blending insight, gentle practice, and guided relaxation, perfect for women’s circles or wellness groups.
Community Support Circles (1-2 hrs): Grounding and emotional resilience for caregivers, educators, and first responders.
Root & Rise Retreat (Half-Day Workshop): Tools for calm, clarity, and confidence in a serene, supportive setting, maybe in combination with other retreat activities.

Location: Your chosen quiet venue (comfy seating, floor pillows, yoga mats)
