Structured Pathways for Meaningful Change
How We Work Together
Meaningful emotional change unfolds through continuity, nervous-system safety, and structured progression over time.
For this reason, I offer my work within thoughtfully designed programs rather than isolated single sessions.
Programs create containment.
Containment creates safety.
Safety allows lasting change.
The Entry Point
Discovery Call · 20 minutes · Complimentary
A brief, private conversation to explore what you’re navigating, answer initial questions, and sense whether moving forward together feels aligned.
Strategy Call · 50 minutes · Complimentary
If there is mutual alignment, we schedule a deeper consultation.
Here, I assess your needs, outline a personalized therapeutic direction, and explain what working together may involve.
We also discuss the financial investment openly, allowing you to make a clear, informed decision without pressure.
The Work Itself
(120-minute opening session · 90-minutes weekly thereafter)
The integrity of this work matters deeply to me, and I hold it with the seriousness it deserves.
Change at this depth requires:
continuity
safety
commitment
therapeutic momentum
For this reason, our work unfolds within structured phases of care, rather than disconnected appointments.
The first session is 120 minutes, allowing space for meaningful groundwork and the beginning of steady progress.
Subsequent sessions are 90 minutes, guided by clinical need and therapeutic pacing.
The focus is never on time alone, but on the quality, depth, and impact of the work.
Three Pathways of Care
Step One · Stabilize & Restore Safety
Designed for women experiencing acute stress responses, panic patterns, specific triggers, or emotional overwhelm.
This focused phase supports:
nervous-system regulation
interruption of repeating fear patterns
gentle clearing of unresolved emotional strain contributing to present distress
Typical timeframe: approximately 4–6 weekly sessions.
Step Two · Regulate the Root Pattern
For persistent anxiety patterns, long-standing internal tension, or deeply embedded stress responses.
This is the core therapeutic depth of MindBody Empowered.
Work here addresses underlying protective patterns while cultivating:
lasting emotional steadiness
resilience
self-trust
sustainable nervous-system regulation
Typical timeframe: approximately 4–8 weekly sessions, depending on individual history and goals.
Step Three · Integrate & Sustain Change
For women who have experienced meaningful progress and wish to stabilize and carry that change into everyday life.
Sessions become more spacious and intentional, reinforcing resilience and helping prevent a return to old survival patterns.
Format: sessions scheduled once or twice per month, as needed.
Program Investment
Programs are individually designed based on your history, goals, and level of support required.
Your investment reflects:
structured professional guidance
clinical session time and preparation
depth-oriented nervous-system work
ongoing containment and accountability
Specific recommendations and investment details are shared during your Strategy Call, allowing you to choose your next step with clarity and without pressure.
Payment may be made in full or through an approved installment arrangement.
A Thoughtful Note
This work is not a quick fix.
It is also not meant to continue indefinitely.
It is carefully structured to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more confident within weeks and months — not years.
Life rarely slows down on its own.
And waiting until exhaustion deepens rarely makes change easier.
When you feel ready, the next step begins with a quiet, confidential conversation to see whether this work feels aligned for you.
Determining the Right Pathway
Many women arrive knowing how much they are struggling, but not yet knowing what level of support will create lasting change.
Determining the most appropriate pathway is part of the consultation process, ensuring care is thoughtful, contained, and aligned with your unique needs.
