I’m Elisabeth.

I work with women who’ve done some inner work and gained awareness, yet still feel something holding them back.

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware. They’ve done therapy, maybe coaching, read the books, had insights and breakthroughs, yet still sense something holding them back.

I understand that space between awareness and real change, because I’ve lived it.

Through my Root & Rise™ approach, we work gently at the mind–body level to release anxious, overthinking responses and reconnect with the clarity and steadiness already within you. As inner shifts take hold, they begin to ripple outward, into how you feel, choose, and move through daily life.

Thriving isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling grounded, balanced, and finally at home within yourself.

My own healing journey showed me how powerful mind–body work can be. While in a demanding teaching career, I experienced a shift that changed not only how I felt, but how I moved through life, bringing clarity, steadiness, and a sense of ease I hadn’t known before.

That experience led me to step into advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy and mind–body psychology, and ultimately to create MindBody Empowered, a space where structure, compassion, and meaningful transformation come together.

Today, I guide women out of survival mode and into lives that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable, so confidence and calm become part of everyday life, not something they have to force.

You’re not here because you haven’t tried.

You’ve read the books. You’ve done inner work, maybe therapy or coaching. You’ve gained insight and understanding. And yet the anxious ripples, looping thoughts, restless nights, and pressure to hold everything together still show up.

Here’s the truth: you’re not “an anxious person.”
You’re a woman who learned to survive by carrying too much for too long and your mind and body are asking for something different.

On the outside, you may appear capable, high-functioning, even successful. On the inside, you’re exhausted from self-doubt, perfectionism, or constantly second-guessing yourself. Rest doesn’t feel restful because your nervous system has been running on stress-mode for so long that calm can feel unfamiliar, like waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Root & Rise™ grew from my own experience of rebuilding from the inside out, learning that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with what’s already within.

Surface-level strategies and quick fixes rarely last. Logic and willpower alone can’t override a body and mind stuck in survival mode, which is why affirmations, meditation, or talk therapy often don’t bring the relief you’re hoping for.

This work supports you in gently releasing what’s been building beneath the surface, resetting long-standing responses, and accessing real calm, clarity, and confidence. Change that’s felt, not forced.

Our work unfolds in a structured yet flexible way, tailored to your goals and pace.

We begin with a complimentary discovery call, just a conversation. A space to explore what you’re navigating, clarify your intentions, and determine whether this work is a good fit, for both of us. This is an opportunity to ask questions, feel into the process, and decide if working together feels aligned.

If we move forward, I will assess what you have shared and create a tailored map designed to support your objectives and goals, enabling you to create deep, lasting change at the mind–body level. Each session builds on the last, allowing insight to become integration, and awareness to become embodied confidence and steadiness in daily life.

Your Role in Your Process

Transformation with this kind of work is a collaborative process, and not a one-and-done quick fix.

While I guide the work and hold the container, meaningful change comes from your willingness to engage, reflect, and apply what emerges. This work asks for presence, accountability, and openness, not perfection.

I bring my expertise and presence; your role is to stay open, committed and engaged as you allow thoughts, long held limiting beliefs and ideas to shift, and the changes you desire begin to unfurl. You don’t need to have all the answers now. Intuitive knowing will unfold during the process.

How We Work Together

This work is for women who are ready for meaningful, lasting change, not quick fixes.

Step One: Discovery Call

20 minutes | Complimentary

We begin with a short conversation to explore what you’re navigating, answer initial questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Step Two: Strategy Call

50 minutes | Complimentary

If there’s alignment, we’ll schedule a deeper conversation. This is where I assess your needs, outline a personalized approach, and explain what working together would look like.
We’ll also talk openly about the financial investment, so you can decide what feels right for you, without pressure.

The Work

I don’t offer pay-per-session work.
Real change requires commitment, continuity, safety, and momentum.

All work together happens within structured programs, on weekly basis, typically 12-16 weeks duration, (but not always limited to) depending on your goals, the complexity of the issues your experiencing and the depth of support needed. My sessions are longer by design, 90 minutes allowing space for meaningful mind–body work and integration.

This isn’t about booking time on a calendar, it’s about creating real change that’s lasting.

Access & Resources

I believe meaningful transformation should be accessible to women who are genuinely committed to their growth.

Flexible payment options may be available for those who qualify. These are designed to support responsible self-investment without diminishing the value or integrity of the work.

During the Strategy Call, we’ll openly discuss your goals, readiness, and available resources. Together, we’ll determine whether moving forward feels aligned, realistic, and supportive.

Experiential Group Experiences

Come as you are - Leave a little lighter

These grounded, welcoming sessions help you pause, reset, and reconnect, within yourself and with others.

These are gentle, guided experiences that restore emotional calm and community connection. Because life can be stressful, and sometimes we just need a safe space to exhale, together.

What to Expect

Each group experience weaves together mindful education, simple breathwork, and guided inner imagery to help release stress and restore clarity.

Participants leave with practical tools they can use anytime life feels overwhelming, not just relaxation in the moment.

Community Offerings

  • Relax & Reset (1.5-3 hrs): A mini-retreat blending insight, gentle practice, and guided relaxation, perfect for women’s circles or wellness groups.

  • Community Support Circles (1-2 hrs): Grounding and emotional resilience for caregivers, educators, and first responders.

  • Root & Rise Retreat (Half-Day Workshop): Tools for calm, clarity, and confidence in a serene, supportive setting, maybe in combination with other retreat activities.
