I know that space between awareness and real change because I’ve lived it. It’s what inspired me to dedicate my life to this work.
Through my trauma-informed Root & Rise™ approach, I guide women out of survival mode and into calm, clarity, and confidence.

My own healing journey showed me just how powerful and life-changing this mind–body work can be.
While still in a rewarding but high-stress teaching career, I experienced a personal breakthrough that changed everything. I was amazed by how quickly the body and subconscious could release long-held patterns — and knew I had to understand this deeper.
Life then shifted. I left teaching, relocated, and began a new chapter devoted to advanced study in mind–body psychology and clinical hypnotherapy. Out of that evolution, MindBody Empowered was born, a space where science, compassion, and transformation meet.
Today, it’s my passion to guide growth-minded women out of survival mode and into lives where they can truly thrive. Through my Root & Rise™ approach, my clients move beyond stress, self-doubt, and overthinking into calm, clarity, and confidence that lasts.

When Logic and Willpower Aren’t Enough
Sometimes, “thinking positive” just doesn’t cut it. You’re stuck in cycles like:
People-pleasing & boundaries: Saying yes when your whole body says no, over-carrying the load, and feeling guilty for asking for what you need.
Fear, shame & guilt loops: Fear of being judged or making mistakes. Shame for not being “better by now.” Guilt for looking fine on the outside but feeling messy and misaligned inside.
Overthinking & spiraling: Replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, spinning in perfectionism or procrastination — then scrambling to catch up.

Each 90-minute session once a week is personalized and intentional. We’ll work gently yet strategically with the patterns and ripple effects shaping your life.

MindBody Empowered: Experiential Group Experiences
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
These grounded, welcoming sessions help you pause, reset, and reconnect, within yourself and with others.
Unlike stage hypnosis, these are gentle, guided experiences that restore emotional calm and community connection. Because life can be stressful, and sometimes we just need a safe space to exhale, together.
What to Expect
Each group experience weaves together mindful education, simple breathwork, and guided inner imagery to help release stress and restore clarity.
Participants leave with practical tools they can use anytime life feels overwhelming, not just relaxation in the moment, but calm that lasts.
Community Offerings
Relax & Reset (1.5-3 hrs): A mini-retreat blending insight, gentle practice, and guided relaxation, perfect for women’s circles or wellness groups.
Community Support Circles (1-2 hrs): Grounding and emotional resilience for caregivers, educators, and first responders.
Root & Rise Retreat (Half-Day): Tools for calm, clarity, and confidence in a serene, supportive setting.
